Shipping Policy
All products (except the ones marked as “pre-sale” in their product titles) you purchase on shop.atomstack.com will be delivered to the address of the order you placed within 30 days, otherwise you are given the right to request a full refund of your order after a postal inspection. You are entitled to own the item(s) delivered to you after the refund.
Custom Duty
We stock Most our product mainly in US warehouses and European warehouses, in this case most orders from customers will be fulfilled domestically, so there will be no customer duty needed to be paid by most customers. However, in case for some customers if you still are requested to pay custom duties, please contact storeservice@atomstack.com and provide the receipt, we will cover the 50% of the total amount you’ve paid.
Shipping Time Frame
From customer place and order till they receive products, there are mainly two phases: order processing and delivery. Order processing refers to the progress we receive customers’ orders and get all items in customers’ orders ready for shipment. Delivery refers to our logistic service provider collect the orders and ship them to customers.

Order Processing Time
Order Processing normally takes 2 business days to finish, quality control and logistic service will be arranged. Once logistic service provider collects the item(s), a notification email will be sent to the customer accordingly. If your order contains multiple products, usually they will be sent separately and shall be reach you within a short period of time. They should have separate tracking numbers that might not be included in the notification email. If you would like to know all tracking numbers please contact our customer service.
Delivery Time and Methods
Delivery time depends on the addresses of the orders, we use FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS for delivery, it normally takes 3 to 20 days for orders to delivered to customers in USA and most European countries.
