    I recently got the A20 Pro, and so far I'm very pleased. Solid construction. I'm still just doing calibration test cuts. This is my first laser so I have nothing to compare to, but so far I'm happy with the power. I also really like the attached control screen. My only complaints are the control screen originally came set to Chinese and it took a little while to figure out how to set it to English. Also, the cooling fans are louder than expected and stay at 100% even when the laser is not burning, wish they had a temp sensor and would ramp up when needed to save on the noise.

    Works great with lightburn. I was able to send the files to the machine from my computer through wifi so I do not connect the USB cord. The power and fine laser beam are amazing. I run a youtube channel where I test and review products and this is a nice product to review. The files below were engraved at 20 percent power and 1000mm/sec.

    I just received y A20 Pro today, and I'm still doing calibration test cuts. Very impressive power compared to the single LED lasers. Worked perfectly with OpenBuilds Control under Linux. Laserweb4 does not seem to recognize the machine, but I haven't fully debugged it yet.



    I expect to rate this higher after confirming cuts in 6mm and 12mm wood.

Tips

1. Only installation manual is included in the package with the unit, please download the User Guide for detailed using instruction.
2. Please follow the instruction to set up the unit for the best using experience, we provide a step-by-step manual in the package, set the belt and screws tight enough, place the unit on a flat and horizontal surface.

3. Laser could be dangerous, if you are new to this, please practice engraving or cut material using the parameters we recommend first, and then try to adjust according to the results. If you set the power too high and the speed too slow, the laser might burn and damage the material you try to work on, on the other hand the result may be obvious if you set the power too slow and the speed too fast.

4. We recommend using LaserGRBL (only for Windows operating system) and LightBurn (for both Windows and Mac operation system), you need to download the software using the link we provide in the installation manual. If your computer (Windows) fails to connect, you need to download CH340 driver, an instruction is also provided on the installation manual.
5. When engraving on reflective material, such as stainless steel or white board, it is recommended to black-painted the surface you want to work on using marker pen for good engraving results.
