Our system will send you a confirmation email automatically when your order is placed and shipped. In case you don’t see the email in your inbox, please try to look for it in your spam/junk folder. If you still could not find it, feel free to contact us at STORESERVICE@ATOMSTACK.COM for assist.

Once your order is shipped, a notification email will be sent to you with a tracking number and a link to track the latest route information.

Please check our shipping policy page for order processing and shipping time.

Placing and order

Coupon code must be rendered at checkout, our system will automatically check the validation of the coupon code you entered. Each coupon code can be used once per customer. If the coupon code you rendered is shown to be expired, it means either it passes the expiration date or it has been used by you earlier and can not be used any more. If you believe neither is the situation, please contact us at STORESERVICE@ATOMSTACK.COM for assist.

Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Please check our shipping policy page for details of shipping cost.

All payment has to be process through PayPal, you can pay with or without a PayPal account, when you are paying without a PayPal account, you can use credit cards or debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover through PayPal payment gateway. We recommend LaserGRBL and LightBurn.

LaserGRBL is a free software runs on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11.

LighBurn is a paid software with 30 days free trial, runs on Mac OS, Linux, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Wood, cardboard, plastic, leather, PCB board, aluminum oxide, non-reflective plating and lacquered metal, blackened utility knife, 304 mirror stainless steel, matte stainless steel, ceramic, acrylic.

We sell laser modules for you to upgrade you bought laser engravers, all laser engravers can be modified with a more or less powerful laser module.

We provide several focal panel (all with the same thickness) in the product package, place one of them between the surface of the object you want to engrave or cut, and adjust the height of the laser module by make the bottom of it to contact the focal panel, then you will get the perfect height of the laser module for your next engraving or cutting work.

Others

The most important advantage of CO2 laser machines is that most of them can generate laser of 40-80 watts, industrial units can reach 400 watts. It can engrave and cut most materials with ease, quickly.

However there are some disadvantages to be considered:

All Co2 lasers work on a certain wavelength of 10,6 uM which is longer than the visible light spectrum. Why does it matter –FAR infrared spectrum does not work for all materials. For example, it cuts glass and transparent plexiglass well, but with this wavelength you cannot engrave metals without special paste like Cermark (which is quite expensive).

CO2 Laser engravers are large in size, for industrial machine that is fine, but when we talk about garages, workshop, or small store, that matters.
The mirror system of the CO2 laser engravers are fragile, thus these machines are not like to be transport a lot.

It is much more expensive than diode lasers.

Diode laser has less powerful laser, no more than 10 watts (output),it can be used to engrave most (some needed to black-painted beforehand) and cut thin most materials including engraving metal, but can not cut thick ones. It is portable and low weight therefor can be moved frequently. For most cases, diode lasers have a long lifespan. It is cheap compared to CO2 lasers.

Laser engraving is a process that vaporizes materials into fumes to engrave permanent, deep marks. The laser beam acts as a chisel, incising marks by removing layers from the surface of the material. The laser hits localized areas with massive levels of energy to generate the high heat required for vaporization.

For non-coated metals especially those has reflective surface, laser may be reflective away from the engraving spot leaving on enough power for metal vaporization, black-paint the surface can significantly prevent the laser from reflecting away.

For Coated metals, on the other hand, can be easily engraved with clean and impressive details without black-painting on.

Standard cast acrylic plastic, acrylic plastic sheet, and other cast resins generally laser very well.

Many products made of plastics such as light switch plates and many other faceplates are made to be laser-engraving-proof. However be aware that for all type of laser engraver, styrene and other thermoforming plastics will tend to melt around the edge of the engraving spot(when the power is too strong), the engraving result might not be sharp enough, so please don’t use high power laser to engrave if you need super sharp edges.

We recommend orderly experimentation on a sample piece when you plan on engraving plastics.

Stone and glass do no turn gaseous EASILY,but if the power and speed are just right, excellent results can be achieved. With that being said, conduct experiments on samples are recommended.

Yes. There are two ways to engrave mirrors, the first one is to engrave the glass side of the mirror using the right power and speed, and of course black-paint the surface before engraving. The new form of mirror engraving, laser pulsates through the reflective silver layer at the rear of the mirror, as as result, the glass side remains intact, maintaining the full reflective qualities. After the engraving process, you may “filled” with the new coating to replete the lasered detail in the mirror if you want to.
